Store Policy offers the following Policy.


Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with, our process is to submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed, and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. We give you 24 hours to review your e-mail confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the Cancellation Policy as described below. Any exception to this Cancellation Policy will be solely at the discretion of management. In the event that management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer may be responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply. Exchange / Return / Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority.


If the cancellation is required after 24 hours you placed the order, 6% transaction fee will be applied on the original total amount.

If a refund is requested when your order was picked up already from supplier warehouse or was shipped out from our warehouse already, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount.

If you are not satisfied with something, you can request a return within 7 days after you receive the merchandise, and please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. But you should be responsible for 25% of Sales Price as restocking and both Shipping Charges. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.


Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.


All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.

Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount.

If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less actual both shipping charge, 15% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects. Refunds will be credited in 1 to 2 weeks from the date of arrival for the returned item.

If an exchange is requested, the original item price less 20% restocking fee and both actual shipping fee will be credited toward the new order. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.


No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy period.


All damages must be reported with proof of picture within 10 days of receipt for free replacement of damaged parts. All returns must be authorized by us first and all items returned must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused.

Due to the nature of the furniture business, please note that cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered wood, leather, color or stone will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or sheen of the wood may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects. Please note that images of products displayed on the website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors. always works with our partnering furniture manufacturers to obtain the highest quality photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as closely as possible.

Shipping Insurance

If optional shipping insurance is paid at the time of purchase you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursed from them.


Before You Sign for the Delivery

Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and email us a description, digital photograph of the damaged items/parts and signed delivery receipt within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.


Color / Appearance / Price / Dimension Discrepancies

WendyUSA strives to provide the highest quality images and descriptions for our products. Although our Customer Service staff is highly trained in communicating proper color, dimension, and descriptive information regarding our products, their information may not always match the product perfectly.

We are not responsible for image color/appearance variations due to monitor settings or slight measurement discrepancies. If precise colors, dimensions, or patterns are critical to your order, please contact us so that we may assist you in answering any questions you may have prior to ordering.

For glass, marble furniture, mattresses and large mirrors under category "California Local Pickup" are California customers local pickup ONLY, we don't ship out due to large & heavy & easy damage in transit~

We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from El Monte CA 91731 main distribution warehouse.

May require a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.

New Product Warranty

All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. acts as a mediator in the process of warranted fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
