For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. We give you 24 hours to review your e-mail confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window WendyUSA.com will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the Cancellation Policy as described below. Any exception to this Cancellation Policy will be solely at the discretion of WendyUSA.com management. In the event
that WendyUSA.com management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer may be responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as any shipping and handling fees that

If the cancellation is required after 24 hours you placed the order, 6% tracnsaction fee will be applied on the original total amount.
If a refund is requested when your order was picked up already from supplier warehouse or was shipped out from our warehouse already, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount.
If you are not satisfied with something, you can request a return within 7 days after you receive the merchandise, and please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number)
and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. But you should be responsible for 25% of Sales Price as restocking and both Shipping Charges. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted
from your return refund.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage
during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are
easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing,
please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary
replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received. All returns must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking
number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds,
and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause
a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No
exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.
Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount.
If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less

will be exactly as pictured. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, or
sheen of the wood may occur naturally. Stone finishes such as marble and granite
may differ in color and veining. In addition, variations in the color, sheen and
texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different
dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. As a result, these naturally
occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects. Please note that
images of products displayed on the WendyUSA.com website may differ in color due
to differences in the resolution of computer monitors. WendyUSA.com always works
with our partnering furniture manufacturers to obtain the highest quality
photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as closely as

purchase you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all
freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If
you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a
claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursed from them.
Before You Sign for the Delivery
Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that
may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and
email us a description, digital photograph of the damaged items/parts and signed
delivery receipt within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in
your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed
and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me
after the 7 days period.
