All items are Free Shipping by Curbside Delivery~
BUT all items under category "California Local Pick Up" and "Mattresses" are for California local pick up ONLY, and the sales price is local pick up price.

 

There is $100.00~$150.00 for Remote Address extra shipping charge.

 

How Will My Order Ship?


We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

 

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

 

We at WendyUSA.com arrange for your order to be shipped via the most dependable, quickest, and safe way possible. We continuously work with the most prestigious shipping companies such as Roadrunner, BestOvernite, FedEx, HomedirectUSA and Custom as well as privately owned shipping companies specializing in furniture delivery and assembly.

IMPORTANT: Once a customer has been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
 

Standard Shipping: Curb Side Delivery


If your order is large and/or heavy we will arrange Standard Tracking shipping. The Standard Tracking shipping is a shipping method, which can be described as a "Curb Side Delivery".

If you are ordering a very large or/and heavy item, you or your partners will need to help the driver to unload the merchandise from the truck, otherwise, the driver may have to use the lift gate and you will be charged additional fees for the lift gate which is not included in the freight paid. Please keep in mind that you need someone to help to move it.
You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home if necessary. Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.

Under no circumstances can the items left outside of the house or apartment unattended.

 

Standard Shipping: Truck Freight


A fleet of WendyUSA.com trucks is always on standby to quickly deliver orders in states near our warehouse and distribution center.


Additional Services


Now we only have Inside Delivery and Assemble Service for local customers near Los Angeles, CA

Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services such as:

  • Helping you to move items into your house

  • White Glove Service (including light setup, placing your new furniture in the room of your choice, removing and placing the debris outside of your house)

  • Taking furniture to another then ground floor.

Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for paying the truck freight carrier directly for any additional services.

In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires.

Upon Delivery


All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.

IMPORTANT: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery and SIGN bill of lading. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. If you did not note a damage on the bill of lading, we cannot be responsible for this damage and may have a problem to reimburse you.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?


As usual. we will ship out any order in 5~7 business days form our warehouse. If there is any change for delivery, we will contact you in advance.

Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 48 hours.

Others items require a longer time to ship to your location (As usual, 2-4 weeks).

This is Curb Side Delivery for items that are heavier than 150lbs.

For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal The driver will only ship the merchandise to the curb side of your address which is regulated in the terms of Standard Flat Rate Shipping.
A signature will be required upon delivery, please inspect the item prior to signing the POD

In Home Delivery - not available now

If you need Inside Delivery Service, please choose Inside Delivery (Extra Charge) as Shipping Method, and the EXTRA Shipping Fee will apply to your order~

There will be EXTRA Shipping Fee applied for Island Address and Remote Address.
NO Assemble Service, No White Gloves Service.

California Local Pickup

For glass, marble furniture, mattresses and large mirrors under category "California Local Pickup" are California customers local pickup ONLY, we don't ship out due to large & heavy & easy damage in transit~

We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from El Monte CA 91731 main distribution warehouse.

May require a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.

All Pick-up Orders need advanced appointment with our Warehouse, and We will call to Confirm Appointment once your order arrives at our warehouse.

New Product Warranty

All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While WendyUSA.com works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. WendyUSA.com acts as a mediator in the process of warranted fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
