You always have the option to process your order via our website or can call our Customer Service and have your order processed over the phone.

After your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all order details. Please ensure to retain this e-mail receipt for your records and take the time to review all the details. In the event that the items ordered are not in stock at our warehouse we proceed with ordering the merchandise on your behalf. This typically occurs 24 hours after your order is placed. It is very important that any discrepancies, changes or cancellations are communicated in writing to WendyUSA.com within the 24-hour window. Any written communication received after the 24-hour window has passed will be reviewed by WendyUSA.com based on our Privacy Policy

If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service. Be sure to include your email address and details of the order. We will send a new confirmation or provide you an explanation for the failure to receive such.

Once the merchandise you ordered has arrived in our warehouse our experienced staff inspects the items to identify Manufacturers' Defects or transit damages that may have occurred en route. Damaged items are then either returned to the manufacturer for an exchange or repaired by one of our furniture repair experts. The items are then prepared for delivery.

We at WendyUSA.com take pride in providing our customers with the lowest rate of damages from all of our competition. We work tirelessly to ensure that all items that leave our warehouse are in the excellent condition that our customers deserve. We don’t try to cut corners and save money on packaging materials and are always complemented by industry experts on our efforts to damages that may occur during transit. We do this by providing extra layers of packing material and safety devices to ensure that our customers receive undamaged items. We are proud of our minimal rate of reported damages! You can count on us to protect the merchandise you have ordered! In the rare event that the merchandise arrives damaged or defective we will be happy to arrange for its repair or replacement at no additional charge to the customer. This is Curb Side Delivery for items that are heavier than 150lbs.

For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal The driver will only ship the merchandise to the curb side of your address which is regulated in the terms of Standard Flat Rate Shipping.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our City of Industry, CA main distribution warehouse.

May require a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.

All Pick-up Orders need advanced appointment with our Warehouse, and We will call to Confirm Appointment once your order arrives at our warehouse.

New Product Warranty

All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

While WendyUSA.com works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. WendyUSA.com acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
