Much of our furniture is assembled, but some of it
is quick and easy to assemble. All
necessary tools are normally included in the furniture hardware. All the
furniture also provide a assemble instructions in the package. Powered tool will
make your assemble job easier and faster.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you
purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will
very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.

You sell the furniture in set, Can I buy only part, instead of the whole set?
Mostly Yes.
Most items can be purchased separately. Just email us or call 626-217-0851 with the Item #, we will quote you a individual piece price with shipping fee.
Are all of the furniture made of solid wood or genuine leather?
Yes and No.
We describe the material of the furniture in detail for each style. Solid wood and genuine leather are major materials building furniture, but plywood, vinyl and fiber board are also used in various extent in some items.
Can I see and touch the furniture before I make the purchase?
Mostly NOT.
Due to the number of style, color and size, we can
not display all of them for physical touching and feeling of the material. We
agree this is your little sacrifice in exchange of the low price. We just want
to assure you that we are an veteran in furniture business and we choose only
the best quality product in the price level to sell. We have full confidence on
the products we sell.
Can I choose a different color or size not mentioned in WendyUSAcom? Do you custom make furniture?
No. We do not custom make furniture. We are authorized dealers for the furniture manufacturers which are mostly volume makers and they do not custom make furniture either. We have listed all the colors and size available in WendyUSA.com already.
Can I disassemble the furniture if I want to move the furniture to a new location?
Yes and No.
You can disassemble some furniture, like most bed rails and headboard, dresser mirror, dining table legs, entertainment center top bridges, etc. which are assembled with removable screws when you move the furniture. Other furniture, like computer desk, book shelf, are assembled permanently with glue and non-screws. You normally can not disassemble these kind of furniture and reassemble them again.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We give you 24 hours to review your e-mail order confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes at no charge.

What is the Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with our product, please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped out from our warehouse ( as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling Charge cannot be reimbursed!
On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred by WendyUSA.com Furniture.
Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging.

For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal The driver will only ship the merchandise to the curb side of your address which is regulated in the terms of Standard Flat Rate Shipping.

NO Set Up Service, No White Gloves Service.
We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our City of Industry, CA main distribution warehouse.
May require a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.
All Pick-up Orders need advanced appointment with our Warehouse, and We will call to Confirm Appointment once your order arrives at our warehouse.
All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.
If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.
While WendyUSA.com works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. WendyUSA.com acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.
Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.
